Donate your Lunch to a Dachshund!
Did you ever think “How can I help a homeless Dachshund?” Some of us are not in a position to adopt another Dachshund at this time, but there are ways to help. Colorado Dachshund Rescue now has a private Dachshund Only shelter, that provides shelter and care for up to 35 homeless Dachshunds. But that means there is a monthly rent check to write, as well as utility bills to pay, food and medicine to buy.
All of this takes money, and money is tight for everyone right now. So the homeless Dachshunds would like to ask you to skip lunch once a week, and send your lunch money to them! It’s amazing how much can be done, if everyone could send a $5 bill in to help. So skip lunch once a week, and send that money to fill a homeless dachshunds belly up with a premium food. Ron and Patty from Laporte do this now, and together they send $40 a month in to help.
